Custom Fish Processing
Your guide fillets the fish to your specifications. It is vacuum packed and flash frozen in our walk-in freezer. At the end of your stay, the fish are packed into an insulated fish cooler to go home with you. You also have the option to ship the fish home to arrive on a date you specify. This is very convenient if you are not going directly home from the camp.
