Every day is like Thanksgiving

Our experienced kitchen staff makes all of the entrees, breads, soups, salads, cookies and dessert from scratch daily in our large commercial kitchen.

All meals are served Buffet style in our spacious dining hall. Beverage choices include coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, assorted sodas. These are available all day.

Your day starts at 7 am with a hearty hot breakfast.

At Noon you will head back to camp for a lunch with choices like BBQ pulled pork, bratwurst, hamburger along with soup du jour.

After a busy day of fishing you will enjoy relaxing over a great dinner served at 7 pm. You have a choice of entrees such as Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs, New York Strip Steak, Chicken Cacciatore. In addition, fresh salmon is prepared each night in a variety of ways. This is accompanied by fresh bread and rolls, salads, vegetables and desserts.
